Transfiguration Parish Alzheimer Volunteer Care Team Is seeking volunteers to help support families in our community caring for individuals with memory loss due to Alzheimer or other forms of dementia. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! Some ways our volunteers help ● provide socialization and friendly visits ● help with errands or pick up groceries ● enjoy a community outing or drop off a meal.
