Faith Community Nursing Program: This is a program designed to be a resource for parishioners to promote health & wellness within the context of our faith. Various wellness programs, home visitations and periodic blood pressure monitoring and diabetes screenings are offered. Registered Nurses, Social Workers and other health care professionals are encouraged to participate in this program to offer their own expertise for the betterment of our parishioners.
Birthday and Bereavement Cards: Cards are addressed and sent to parishioners homebound or in nursing homes or those who have lost a loved one.
Ministry to Families at Wakes and Funerals: Lay ministers and volunteers provide hospitality, support and fill liturgical roles as needed in order to bring comfort to families in times of need.
Quilting Circle: The purpose of the Quilting Circle is to teach new quilters the art of quilting and to share techniques of quilting. Additionally, we will make quilts for those in need which would include babies and children; someone going through chemotherapy or dialysis; or others who might be in need. We welcome anyone who has an interest in quilting. We meet every Tuesday form 10:00 AM to approximately 2:00 PM.
