This ministry shares the Good News of the reign of God and invites all people to hear about the Word Made Flesh. Evangelization is the energizing core of all ministries of the Church. It provides the community’s pronouncement and living witness that the reign of God is here in and through Jesus. All programs, relationships, committees and activities in the life of the parish must proclaim the Good News.
Evangelization Team: The mission of this committee is to share the
experiences and perspectives of our Catholic Faith rooted in and bringing us
to closer intimacy with Jesus Christ. Team members work with the Pastor and
all ministries to offer opportunities for spiritual growth, renewal, and outreach.
Welcoming Committee: Members of this committee work in groups of two
or three to meet new parishioners, answer questions about parish activities,
encourage participation and personally invite new parishioners to parish
events and to use their gifts and talents in Jesus’ ministry.
