MISSIONARIES OF MERCY are qualified and experienced priests who are available in every diocese to forgive even sins normally reserved to the Holy See's Apostolic Penitentiary. They were established by Pope Francis in the 2015. The pope wanted to send out Missionaries of Mercy as “living signs of the Father’s readiness to welcome those in search of his pardon”.
